Back on the subject of JUICING! It's my jam, I'm not going to lie. Throwing random fruits and vegetables together making they best juices. When I first stared I remember on,y wanted to do fruits because I was scared of what it would taste like if I mixed veggies in. So it was a mostly apple juice and let me tell you IT WAS THE BEST. As a child I was a big lover of apple juice, but this.... this was pure nothing else (i.e sugars and such) added. The experience was short of magical. I don't have much going on so yes I was way too excited about apple juice.
So here we are months later and I just chuck random things into my juice and make yummy nutritious juices. Even my husband, who never really goes for the healthier alternatives, loves them. This was another selling point. If I can get something that will help his health into I'm probably going to do it... and often.
I've noticed a big difference in who I feel and how my skin looks. I felt more energy and I was definitely up and about more often than usual. Now that I've cut down on juicing (due to us emptying our fridge) I feel more sluggish. So as soon as I get to the store I'm stocking up on some colorful fruits and veggies.
I know the color of this juice can be off putting but just like books don't judge before you taste. Sometimes the uglier the juice the yummier. We usually tend to have a variety of green juice but ran out of greens. My husband finds all of the juices I make pretty good. I throw things in like spinach, cumber, carrots, pear, apple, celery, mint, and beets (to name some...and also not all of these in one).
Juicers aren't cheapest thing but when you start you should definitely find a cheap one off amazon this this one. We bought it off someone on base for twenty dollars and it get the job done. Its also a very good one to start off with. Any way I hope I've convinced you some how maybe to try it. I believe it a nice investment to you health and pocket.
