Oh man, I want to start this off by apologizing to my readers.... the two of you lol. "I've been busy" isn't completely the truth. Mostly I've been lacking a computer/internet and some slight motivation. As I mention in a previous post, that is now gone, I moved back home to Georgia from California for a couple of months. All this while I waited to make one of the biggest moves of my life, but a little more on that later. So I spent seven months back home in which I got two jobs and spent way too much money. I made a couple of new friends but nothing much. So truth be told my months were a bit bland.
Fast forward to the end of January. Here I am anxious and sick to my stomach every time I remember this big trip I'm about to make. I'd know I was moving to Korea for months now but with every passing day I became more nervous about the whole thing. In my previous travels I had never been "on the road" for more than eight hours max. Much less had I traveled for far and for so long with Lily. We left Atlanta in the evening and made a stop in Phoenix before landing in Los Angeles. We made it to L.A around nine thirty pm, leaving us about three hours until our long flight to Seoul. Long story short, we ended up missing our plane because of some missing paper work. Luckily it was fix the very next day in time for a new flight. Overall it was an incredibly stressful turn of events, but I'm grateful for them. I'm not sure I could have made it in one piece if I'd made the whole trip in the scheduled twenty three hours.I swear to you, though, those twelve hours flew by, no pun intended, fast than the four hours to Phoenix.

As far as Korea goes, it seems pretty nice.I definitely feel like a fish out of water here, but if you find yourself some nice friends it seems pretty cool. I've only been here two weeks so I haven't done much adventuring but I plan on do so. I have been out drinking a lot with Airmen. You'd think it would been a more calm crowd to drink with but it's like high school again. Don't get me wrong, they take their jobs very seriously. Once they're off work it is obviously a whole different story.
