Butler Please, you're my favorite.

Butler Please from Leading Lady collection

Every time I went to the store I'd walk by the Essie nail polish display and would be automatically be drawn to this polish. I honestly don't know why I didn't purchase it the very first time I saw it. I mean I loved the shade from the very start. I usually don't tend to branch out on my color selection for polishes because i have a medium complexion and I never know if any "exciting" colors will look ok or just plain out crazy on me. I took the plunge and bought it any way, I daydreamed about it too often to just ignore it. According to the Essie.com site this particular polish is from the Leading Lady Collection for  Winter 2013. Although I bought this around April. I don't get how it could be for winter when it comes out during the beginning of the year. Anyway I'm pretty sure you can still find it in stores and it shouldn't be too hard to come across.

I shake the polish all the time because it does tend to separate in the bottle, so if it has this oily looking layer don't worry apparently that's normal. I haven't had any problems with it as of yet. This nail polish applies in what I can only describe as.... well you know when you have to white out something after you've made a mistake on paper? It's not shiny but definitely not a matte. I don't find that to be a problem either. I usually top my manicure off with the Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat, which I'll make a whole post about at a later time. That fixes the shine problem. Ever since I bought it I can't put it down. I wear this as much as possible and tend to go back too it after a couple of days of wearing a different polish. It's just that beautiful. I personally think this a really nice shade for spring/summer and looks like it would look beautifully on any complexion.

This actually looks a little darker blue in real life, but just a little.

Two coats of Butler Please and Seche Vite top coat is perfect.

Are there any colors you are loving at the moment? Do you have any polish that you always go back to? This is definitely a repurchase in my book. Tell me some of your repurchased polishes. I'd love to check out more amazing nail polishes.
